1.Digital Events (Webinars)
- Once you register and complete payment, joining instructions (including the event link, date, and time) will be sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours.
- For last-minute registrations (less than 24 hours before the event), access details will be sent as soon as possible before the webinar starts.
- In case you do not receive the joining link, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.
2. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.
