1.Cancellation by Participant
Webinars (Online Events)
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
- You may request to transfer your booking to another webinar (subject to availability).
2. Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.
Access to any post-event recordings (if provided) will be offered at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by Us
If the event is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive:
A full refund, or
An option to transfer your registration to another date or event.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during registration.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
