At Saurabh Khandelwal – Dhanvi & Premio Diamonds, we prepare our webinars and seminars with significant planning and resource allocation. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our event registrations.

 

1.Cancellation by Participant

Webinars (Online Events)

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
  • You may request to transfer your booking to another webinar (subject to availability).
2. Non-Attendance
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.

  • Access to any post-event recordings (if provided) will be offered at our discretion.

3. Cancellation by Us

If the event is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to transfer your registration to another date or event.

4. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during registration.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
